Panther Soft's software does not require you to create a website account.

When you make a purchase through Paddle, your payment details (such as card number or other payment method details) are collected and processed by Paddle, not stored directly on Panther Soft's own servers. Panther Soft typically receives confirmation that a purchase was completed, along with limited order details (such as your email address, the product purchased, and the amount paid) needed to issue your license and provide support.

4. Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

This website does not store Contact-form or newsletter submissions in a database — a submission is emailed to our team and retained, for up to that 6-month window, as part of our normal business correspondence. Purchase and license records are retained by Paddle and by Panther Soft for as long as needed to support the license, resolve disputes, and meet accounting/tax and other legal obligations, which may be longer than 6 months.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information — for example, this site is served over HTTPS, and payment details are handled by Paddle rather than stored on our own servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the website and our products (see Third-Party Services above);
• Paddle, for purchases, billing, and license issuance;
• Professional advisers (such as an accountant) where reasonably necessary; and
